· A scheduled remote session (video or phone) with an ICSS advisor
· Review of your symptom, photos + video before we speak
· A triage opinion: settings fix, DIY-safe maintenance, engineer-needed, or repair-vs-replace
· A written next-steps summary sent after the session
The exact fee for your case is confirmed in writing when you book – the booking is only final once you accept it. Payment is arranged directly with you; we never take card details on this website.
Optional add-ons same simple structure
· Engineer brief – a written translation of a repair quote + the questions to ask, for when a repair is already quoted.
· Accompanied call-out subscription – for ongoing cases, an advisor on your side to interpret engineer reports + quotes as they come in.
We do not sell parts, take no commission from repairers or retailers, + there is no online checkout on this site.
No win,No fee?
No gimmicks – just honest scope. If your problem is a two-minute settings fix, we tell you on the session + your written summary says so. That is the service you paid for.
Cancellations+ refunds
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. If we cannot help with your case, we say so before it starts + you are not charged. Full terms on our Terms page.
